HOA Entrance Power Restored with Underground Service and Meter Upgrade

When an HOA entrance goes dark, it's not just an inconvenience - it reflects on the whole neighborhood. This job at Westbrook started with a failed underground service and ended with a fully restored entrance, updated metering equipment, and new light fixtures back in action.

Here's what we were working with: failed underground service cable that had to be dug up and replaced from the ground up. That meant trenching through the landscaped entrance area, pulling caution tape, and doing the job right rather than just patching around the problem. Underground service failures don't fix themselves, and a half-measure here would have just meant another call down the road.

Once the trench work was done, we handled the metering equipment side of things - getting the new meter base installed and the service entrance cable properly replaced on the stone entrance wall. That's the kind of work that has to be done to code and done clean. The entrance to a neighborhood is the first thing residents and guests see, so the finished install needed to look as good as it functions.

New light fixtures went in as the final piece. A properly lit entrance matters for safety, security, and curb appeal. Getting all three of those back for this community was the goal from the start. We take work like this seriously because these are the spaces people come home to every day.
