Isaac and Matthew came out within 2 days of me calling with a concern about an outlet and possible safety issues. They were extremely professional and showed me exactly what the problem was and discussed options to update the system. They were so easy to work with and always made sure I understood. They had the immediate issue fixed in less than an hour and will be working on a plan to update the additional electrical needs of my older home. I would absolutely recommend them.

We had been without power for 48 hours. Another electric contractor refused to do the repair after two visits and a $90 diagnostic fee. Isaac was at our house within 20 minutes of speaking to him on the phone. He had the issue repaired and the power reconnected within the hour and for a reasonable price. I highly recommend Kidwell Electric--especially if you're in an emergency situation. UPDATE: I made the previous post in September when we lost power. At the end of October, after Isaac had repaired our electrical system, AES decided that the system was not up to code. They threatened to shut off our power if we didn't get an inspection within 5 days of the notice. I contacted Isaac to let him know as the situation could fall back on him. Isaac went above and beyond to contact the city inspector and AES. He spent 7 days fighting this battle on our behalf and was able to to get the issue resolved. He didn't charge us for his time. If you're looking for outstanding service, reasonable costs, and a contractor who operates with integrity--hire Kidwell.
100% satisfied with our experience with Kidwell and, specifically, Isaac. From the beginning, he communicated efficiently and was friendly and knowledgeable. He was not pushy at all but discussed several options we had. The work was done professionally and quickly and at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend Kidwell Electric. We hired Kidwell Electric to replace all of the outlets and light switches in our home. Isaac, the owner came to my house to do a walk through the day after we called. The following week, his employees Matthew and Nachai came to remove the old electrical work and replace everything with brand new outlets and switches. They were efficient and clean. They were also very friendly, and great with my toddlers! I will absolutely be calling them back for any electrical needs I may have in the future! 10/10!

I had Kidwell electric install 4 outdoor outlets on my brick house - not an easy task! They also installed 3 outdoor lighting fixtures, a light switch, and an indoor GFCI outlet. Isaac was extremely prompt and responsive, coming back multiple times to adjust my estimate when I thought of other things to add on. He was very professional, efficient and left things tidy. Now I can plug in all my Christmas lights outside without it giving me a migraine. Isaac went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied, and I definitely am! 100% recommend this company!
