"We had been without power for 48 hours. Another electric contractor refused to do the repair after two visits and a $90 diagnostic fee. Isaac was at our house within 20 minutes of speaking to him on the phone. He had the issue repaired and the power reconnected within the hour and for a reasonable price. I highly recommend Kidwell Electric--especially if you're in an emergency situation. UPDATE: I made the previous post in September when we lost power. At the end of October, after Isaac had repaired our electrical system, AES decided that the system was not up to code. They threatened to shut off our power if we didn't get an inspection within 5 days of the notice. I contacted Isaac to let him know as the situation could fall back on him. Isaac went above and beyond to contact the city inspector and AES. He spent 7 days fighting this battle on our behalf and was able to to get the issue resolved. He didn't charge us for his time.
